You cant tell what it was can you? I was in Charleston South Carolina with my mom. We went to the most talked about steakhouse called "The Chop House". I am not a big red meat person but this steak was exceptional. There are so many choice! Grass-fed? Dry Age? Wet Age? Rib Eye? Filet? Waygu?
