As a thank you to the Hudson Valley’s veterans, Savona‘s Trattoria serves up a three-course Italian meal from the special Veterans Day menu, including dishes like eggplant parmigiana, chicken marsala, and meat lasagna. The lunch or dinner is free for all veterans with a military I.D. at all locations.
Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park
November 12
The Culinary Institute of America was founded in 1946 to prepare returning World War II veterans for a career in the culinary arts. On Veterans Day, in honor of this history, all veterans will receive a complimentary lunch or dinner at one of these CIA restaurants: American Bounty, The Bocuse, Apple Pie Bakery Café, or The Egg.
Veterans Memorial Park, Walden
